Cafe
divine opened in October 1996 with
an open mind and a passion for quality fresh food. Owners
Darren Nixon (pictured left) & Lareina Wayne have
watched divine evolve from a casual
lunch cafe to today’s full-service, licensed establishment.
The
focus on food, made with fresh high quality ingredients,
has remained the same. Many valued friendships with
local producers of all types have allowed us our devotion
to local fresh ingredients. The list of local suppliers
continues to grow and grow.
Darren
and sous-chef Adrienne are guided by many influences.
Their food reflects warmth and comfort along with ethnic
flavors and above all, what local ingredients are delivered
to the back door of the restaurant.
Divine has had the good fortune of a “staff family”
who share in our vision of giving our customers an inspiring
and enjoyable dining experience.
